A leadership team aligned on a difficult restructure in a single day
A mid-sized infrastructure business had a structure built for rapid build-out, but the work ahead was about operating well and winning customers. The cost base no longer fitted the funding available, and ownership of key processes was blurred across teams.
Holly designed and facilitated a full-day structure offsite for the senior team. Rather than starting from a blank page, the group worked from a draft structure prepared in advance, with structured challenge and role-by-role decisions. Alongside the design work, she built a consultation roadmap covering everything a collective redundancy process legally requires.
The team left the room with consensus on the new structure, subject to consultation, an action list with owners, and a communications and consultation plan designed to protect both the people affected and the business.
